As a fascial therapist, Lilly specialises in Women’s Health, is trauma - informed and domestic violence aware.

Lilly has been in private practice since 2004.

Since 1999, Lilly has briefly studied Hatha & Meridian Yoga, Physical Performance and Acting (VCA), Reiki, Kinesiology, Landmark Forum, Psychology and Flute Wind Ensemble at UTAS (2 years), Lighting for Theatre.

In the last decade Lilly has intensively focussed on CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, Ortho-Bionomy, Person-Centred Counselling and Pilates.

Lilly’s early life:
Lilly started massaging family and friends from the age of 6. Her earliest therapeutic influence was her mum who was a nurse, massage therapist and yoga teacher.
Lilly is a parent and built a passive solar house with her husband.
She is an experienced primary carer for aging family members with terminal illness, cancer, addiction, mental illness, Dementia and Parkinson’s. Having witnessed the dying process and the aged care system, Lilly has empathy and a deep understanding of grief and loss.

Qualifications:
Diploma of Shiatsu.
CranioSacral Therapy training, mentorship and teacher assistance (400 hours+)
Ortho-Bionomy student (100 hours)
Person-Centred Counselling student (600 hours)
Lifeline Crisis Support worker volunteer student; DV- alert.

Membership with Shiatsu Therapy Association of Australia (STAA) since 2004.

Available most days; existing clients can send a text to check for last minute availability.
