Incorporating Yoga, Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle
Read more about Clare and Building Better Bones:
A 6 week course to help prevent bone loss and restore bone density.
Yoga experience is not necessary. All you need to bring is enthusiasm for learning.
How To Build Better Bones:
Yoga - Safe exercise based on scientific knowledge and age old yoga principles. After 6 weeks you will have a short practice that you can continue at home. There is good evidence that this short, regular, targeted sequence will strengthen your bones.
Nutrition - Food information to enable you to make small, significant changes to the nutrition of what you eat. This will optimise the intake and absorportion of nutrients that support bones development.
Lifestyle - Sleep, relaxation and other lifestyle factors are the often missing pieces of the bone density puzzle. Clare will explain the underlying mechanisms of how poor sleep, stress and anxiety effect bone metabolism. You will leave with skills and techniques to help you calm and down regulate the nervous system.
